Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that:

  • you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of the contract but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;

  • for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
